Maquat®
Maquat® quaternary ammonium compounds are versatile cationic surfactants that can be used in a wide range of applications like disinfectants, food contact and nonfood contact sanitizers, herbacides, virucides, mildewstats, fungicides, as well as non-public health uses in pulp and paper, wood treatment, recreational and recirculating water treatment and oil and gas applications.
PRODUCTS
CHEMICAL OVERVIEW
Mason Chemical, a Pilot Chemical Company, holds several end use product (EUP) formula registrations with the US EPA. The Maquat® EUP registrations are based on our Maquat® MUP quaternary ammonium compound active ingredients. These products are only available for subregistration. The Maquat® EUP line includes a range of end use types such as disinfectants, food contact and nonfood contact sanitizers, virucides, mildewstats, fungicides, as well as non-public health uses in pulp and paper, wood treatment, recreational and recirculating water treatment and oil and gas applications. The Maquat® EUP labels feature an extensive claim base, unique use-sites, applications, and formatting.
